10 Minute Workouts
I don’t know if it’s just me, but I get bored with exercise really quickly and something like this would work for me. I could put it on in the morning (before I sit down at the computer) and put in my ten minutes. I know that it’s not the thirty that Britt tells me I’m supposed to do, but hey, it’s better than nothing. And who knows, I just might go back and do another ten minutes later. I used to take ballet years ago and I just might enjoy that! And then there is the kickboxing…

Well thanks for this good read. I should am lazy even for that 10 mins workout thats the sad part.
