Boiling water, the egg and the carrot
The same boiling water hardens the egg and softens the carrot.

When I first read this quote, I didn’t have a clue what it meant. And then it occurred to me that maybe it means that the same situation might affect people differently. What stresses me out, might not stress someone else in the same way. Going to spend a little time thinking about this today.
What have I been doing to myself all these years?? My mantra for this year… no more worrying. Stress - bad, fun - very good.
