Friday’s Foundation Find Rewind.
I am still so in love with my last week’s find of the Elizabeth Arden Intervene Foundation and with a bit of a busy schedule this week (last minute trip to NYC - more on that soon), I have decided to just go back and rewind a bit. I have decided that it is best to point out the foundations that I have found so far here for Friday’s Find.
- Clinique Supermoisture Makeup
- Lancome Absolue Bx Makeup
- CoverGirl TRUblend Foundation
- Kanebo Total Finish
- Intervene by Elizabeth Arden.
Have I convinced any of you yet to try out a new foundation?

I am definitely in the market, and will pick up one tomorrow….just not sure which. I figure I will go check them out and choose one!

It’s so tempting to try your recommendations, but I think you must have much dryer skin than I. I have combo skin, and these sound too rich for an oily t-zone.

Heather - Do let us know which you try.
Jo - I understand. But it is fun to try out new products and get out of the “ole” rut. I do have some more upcoming that are not just necessary for drier skins. With that said, Intervene is oil-free and made for “normal” skin, which is actually t-zone skin. If you could get a sample of that form the counter, I bet you will love it.

I went with the Lancome…..I will let you know what happens. I haven’t used a liquid foundation in about 5 years!

I’m going for the CoverGirl TRUblend because I’ve their products are always priced right.

Moggy - the CoverGirl products are priced right, especially for the quality of TRUblend.

I am all for liquid foundation - I just can’t get into the mineral makeup - I have way too many flaws!

Too funny, Regina. Especially because the mineral makeup is touted to hide all, but I know it is nor for everyone. I have tried some, like a few, but had a problem with most mineral makeups.

I still don’t wear foundation - I’m not much of a make-up girl. When I go out for dinners, I’d do my eyes, wear a lil lipstick and blusher.
