From the Mouths of Babes!

I just had to share this…

Not quite an ah-ha moment, but a great one nonetheless. I’ll be bringing this one up quite often!!!

We were talking about how Mother’s Day is fast approaching and then it is my son Johnny’s Birthday, and then mine.

Before we could utter the words Big 4-0, my seven year old Joey, said “Boy Mom. You still look so young. No one will ever even think you are 25!”. I looked at him puzzled and asked him point blank how old I was. He said without hesitation that I was “24, but you will 25 right after Johnny turns 10, right?!” I told him that I couldn’t believe he knew my real age!!! ;). It even tickled me more when my husband was laughing hysterically over all of this, and asked Joey how old he (Daddy) was. Joey said, “Daddy, we all know you are 53!”. And my hubby is just 48! Jeff wasn’t laughing so much after that one!

I love you Joey!
