Moisturizers with Sunscreen.
When we go to the beach or the pool, it is natural. We apply sunscreen. If we plan a long day outdoors. We put on sunscreen. Many of us put it on our face everyday. But what about the rest of our body?
We are constantly being exposed to the sun, whether we mean to or not. And just a few minutes of incidental sun exposure continuously over the course of years can have dire effects on the way our skin looks and feels. Get into the habit now of applying sunscreen to your body each and every day. It is truly the best anti-aging advice I can give. And the easiest way to do this is with a body moisturizer with sunscreen in it.
