Nature’s Answer to Estrogen-Replacement Therapy
Have to admit, all of this is new to me. I had decided that I don’t want to take hormone replacements, but this is a whole other story and one that I will definitely be checking out.

I just took a look at the suggestions, and they all seem a lot more interesting than I expected, but I will reserve judgement until I try tofu for the first time.
