Organic Beauty by Josephine Fairley
Couldn’t sleep last night so I pulled a book off my shelf and began thumbing through it. Here’s the blurb from inside the flap…
“Why go organic? Aware of our increasing distrust of the artificial additives and preservatives present in both food and beauty products, Organic Beauty works with only natural ingredients and methods of preparation, offering a pure and simple approach to looking and feeling good.
It also outlines the complementary therapies that will boost our inner well-being and enhance our outer beauty.”
Okay, she had my attention. I began thumbing through the book…
Here’s one thing that I didn’t know… Britt has been on this kick to get us eating more vegetables and we go through pounds and pounds of carrots. I’m not kidding. It’s a wonder we haven’t turned orange. While I knew that it would be good for us, I didn’t know that it would help with any breath issues. And then I found other sections about de-stressing. And for those of you who don’t find a foot bath/massager under the tree this year, Fairley even offers a do it yourself pebble footbath!
Going to have to read more of this book!
