Aging Fabulous

The Salt & Pepper Look for Men is Back… Thanks to George Clooney.

by Teri on May 9th, 2008

I read an interesting article in the New York Times today.  The article is about how men, specifically aging men, are getting partial hair color touch-ups. They are no longer opting for full coverage. Seems men are liking the Salt & Pepper look - a la George Clooney.

I don’t blame them. George rocks the salt & pepper look - as does my husband.

As women, we mostly want to cover each and every gray, and it is nice to know that men are embracing their age.

I love it. What do you think?

Ditto! My husband looks so handsome with his newly acquired salt and pepper hair.

I have red hair, so what will you call that when I start going gray (or white)? Salt and ginger? ; )
    Love it!
George Clooney is aging very well!

My husband is quite handsome with touches of gray. Love it! (OK, George has him beat but don’t tell him I said so. George beats everyone.)

On the other hand, my silver hair is far more attractive than my brown hair was. No way am I coloring it. My stylist even told me that she’d refuse to do so if I asked. Gray isn’t necessarily bad in women , either!

I’ve always loved salt & pepper hair on men. I think it’s a classic look. Classic never goes out of style.

You guys are all so right. The salt & pepper look is definitely a classic - and so right on just about any man. Especially Mr. Clooney!!!
