Aging Fabulous - This is when the fun starts!

This little thing called JET LAG

Okay, maybe it has “something” to do with getting a wee bit older, but that’s about the only thing that I’m having difficulty with. We drove to San Diego yesterday and spent the day at the Carlsbad Outlet Mall (on the way) and then the rest of the day wandering around Old San Diego. It was gorgeous, but by the time we stopped for dinner, I was beginning to fade fast. And then there’s the little three hour time difference that we aren’t used to, but I imagine that I will be able to manage that in another day or so. Okay, Britt doesn’t seem to be having any problem with it, but she is just a little bit younger than me. ;)

Today, we plan on hitting the gym, I plan on taking a nice long bubble bath after that and soak some weary muscles and then the afternoon, we are just going to see what happens. Today is going to be all about relaxing…other than the gym part. But hey, you do what you have to do! ;) And darling husband… he’s gone to the office! Sure hope that he got more sleep than I did last night!
