We are so careful about things like that when the kids are little, but as we get older, we tend to forget those little things… like shots. It might be a good idea to look it up and the next time you head to the doctor, ask for one! They don’t hurt… honest ;)

Come to think of it, I dont think i have had one in three years….though i vehemently disagree with you on pain, ANY time i get a shot I cry like a big baby.

My doctor has immunization records that are computerized so once you’re out of date it actually pops up and recommends you schedule a booster. I am getting a T-DAP (tetanus, diptheria and pertussis) because of their great system.
